First let me say that we receive comments on all the things you have created for us - from the fliers and brochures - to the two different web sites. You do absolutely beautiful work that draws attention and comments everywhere we travel.

Your opinions and evaluations are always extremely insightful, and have proved themselves many times over the 10 years we have been working with you, and you always seem to know just the right way to go about things. Just as importantly, you always keep our best interests - and our finances - in mind.

Time and again you have recommended ways to accomplish what we needed that were less profitable to you, and with the CLM site you have again provided us with a more effective venue at a lesser expense than we originally conceived.
